The unconstitutional CAA & NRC (A Stupid Idea ) along with NPR

People are doing agitations in India against CAA and NRC. CAA is Citizenship Amendment Act. NRC is National Register of Citizens. There are two camps, For and Against CAA and NRC.
In this short article, we would analyse these two terms.
CAA
Let us assume there are three families in Bangladesh. Family of Ram, Family of John and Family of Abdul. Now due to any problems, all these three families are being persecuted in Bangladesh. They all come to India border and seek refuge in India.
Now the Indian officer standing on the border of India-Bangladesh will say, ok. Tell me your name. First one is Ram. He is allowed to enter into India. Second one is John, he is also allowed to enter into India. But the moment, Abdul comes, he is not allowed to enter into India.
Reason: People of all religions, except Muslim, can enter into India and take refuge. Hence Abdul is not allowed.
This is CAA in simple words.
India is a secular nation. Government of India can not take any decision based upon the religion of any person. But in the instant example, Abdul has been denied entry, because he is a Muslim. Hence it is unconstitutional, and that is why people are opposing this law.
NRC
Government of India feels that there are a lot of infiltrators from neighboring nations residing inside India. To find out these infiltrators, Government of India is "planning" to have a nationwide NRC exercise. In which, each and every citizen of India, will have to prove that he is a genuine citizen of India, and in the process whoever is not able to prove his citizenship properly, will be labeled as a doubtful citizen and can be sent to detention center and other legal actions can be taken against him.
It is like this, in a city, a theft has happened. Now the police will ask each and every citizen of the city to prove that he is not a thief, and if he is not able to prove his innocence, he will be assumed as the thief and can be detained by police.
In other analogy, if rice has to be cleaned, instead of picking the waste particles from the rice, rice will be picked and waste particles can remain in the plate.
This NRC exercise was implemented in Assam, one state of India. It created huge inconvenience to all the citizens of the state and worst; the results are still doubtful. Nobody knows, what will happen with these doubtful results also.
In-between a new term has come into picture. NPR. National Population Register. There is huge confusion between CAA, NRC and NPR. And, mind it, regular census is also going to happen. As per the government NPR is the first step to NRC , but as always the home minister Lied about that too.
Our analysis:
CAA is unconstitutional and NRC is a stupid idea. There are so many other ways to identify the infiltrators and authorities must apply those sane methods.
Government of India must take people into confidence and clearly tell, what it intends to do with NPR and NRC. NRC must be junked. NPR must be without any suspicion. NPR and CAA relationship must be explained clearly.
There is a huge trust deficit between citizens and Government of India. This should be tackled properly. People can see through the intentions of government, and as of now, it is highly suspicious and ambiguous. This all is leading to problems of agitations.
First there was blunder of demonetization, then faulty implementation of GST. In between beef issues. India has been passing through these extremely bad phases. Economy is nosediving. There is no business. Huge unemployment is there. In these situations, a bad law like CAA has been passed and planning for NRC is being done. It is a very bad move.
Hope CAA is termed unconstitutional by the Supreme Court of India as early as possible and Government of India comes with saner ideas of identifying infiltrators who are allegedly residing inside India, without unnecessary harassing 130 Crores Indian citizens and destroying further the already bad economy of India.
We hope sense prevails with the government and at the same time, agitators do show their dissent, but in totally non-violent ways. Whole world must keep a watch on the happenings and must raise their voice, if unconstitutional activities are being pursued by Government of India against her own people.
